Upgrade your cable disc brakes to near-hydraulic stopping power with the Zoom XTECH Semi-Hydraulic Brake Calipers (SKU 183-53).
Available in blue or red anodized aluminum, these calipers use your existing mechanical brake cable but add an internal hydraulic piston that amplifies the clamping force applied to the rotor dramatically improving braking feel and modulation without a full hydraulic system conversion.
Includes a black IS-mount adapter bracket. "XTECH" engraved on caliper body; red sealed piston cap labeled "No regulatory function / Do not loosen."
Compatible with 180mm rotors (front) or 160mm rotors (rear). Universal cable-pull disc brake fit for eScooters, eBikes, and bicycles.
Universal fit for cable-pull disc brake systems on electric scooters, electric bikes, and bicycles with IS-mount or post-mount calipers using a standard mechanical brake cable. Verify rotor diameter (180mm front / 160mm rear) and mount type before ordering.
