An aftermarket voltage regulator rectifier from for Vespa GTS 250/300, Piaggio BV/MP3/Beverly, and Aprilia Atlantic/SportCity models running Quasar 250�300cc engines. Converts AC output from the stator into stable 14.5V DC, protecting the battery and electrical system from overcharging spikes and undercharging dropouts. Features a die-cast aluminum finned heat sink for thermal management and includes OEM-matched connectors for a plug-in installation. Replaces OEM part numbers 641709, 639110, and 58115R.
Installation note: Ensure clean metal-to-metal contact at the chassis mounting point � the regulator body requires a solid chassis ground to dissipate excess voltage. Before replacing, verify the stator output and wiring harness are in good condition, as a faulty stator can damage a new regulator.
