Compatibility:
| Engine | Engine Codes | Application |
|---|
| GY6 150cc 4-stroke | 157QMJ / 1P57QMJ | Full-size 150cc street scooters and go-karts |

Important fitment note: GY6 scooter frames vary between brands (TaoTao, Icebear, Wolf, Bintelli, etc.) minor bracket adjustment or spacer alignment may be required. Built for carbureted models with standard right-side exhaust layouts only. Will NOT fit fuel-injected models without adding an O2 sensor bung. Verify your engine code before ordering.
Tuning note: Upgrading to a high-flow exhaust changes your air-to-fuel ratio. Up-jet your carburetor main jet by 25 sizes and retune your CVT roller weights to match the updated power band to avoid lean bogging.
Installation tip: Always replace the exhaust header gasket when pulling or swapping headers. Reusing a crushed copper crush washer causes exhaust leaks, deceleration backfire, and lean valve damage.
Off-road use only. Not intended for use on public roads, highways, or land where emission compliance laws apply.
