Standard rubber and cast manifolds often feature rough internal surfaces that create power-robbing turbulence. NCY solves this with a PTFE internal coating and a mirror-smooth bore, allowing a higher volume of air and fuel to reach your cylinder with zero resistance.
This manifold is designed for 125cc to 232cc GY6 (157QMJ/152QMI) engines and is a required upgrade for larger carburetors:
Pro-Tuning Tip: If your engine does not utilize a vacuum port, you can still use this high-flow manifold by simply capping the port with a rubber vacuum cap. For the ultimate "Stage 3" setup, pair this with the NCY 30mm CVK Carburetor (SKU 1300-1013).
