Eliminate the frustrating off-the-line lag and uneven mid-range shifting native to factory setups with the race-bred Malossi Multivar Performance Variator. Engineered, surface-calculated, and manufactured in Italy by the world's leader in scooter performance tuning, this complete CVT upgrade alters your transmission's shifting geometry. By reshaping the internal roller ramp guide angles, it forces your drive belt to travel further and smoothermaximizing acceleration and unlocking extra top-end speed.
Premium Italian Engineering Features
- Optimized Shift Curve: Recalculated ramp paths maintain a linear belt transit, keeping your 50cc motor pinned directly inside its optimal powerband.
- Self-Lubricating Plain Bush: Features a ground, case-hardened steel drive boss bushing to ensure smooth, friction-free sliding and exceptional long-term durability under high thermal strain.
- High-Tension White Counterpressure Spring: Includes an upgraded racing torque spring (+30% stiffness) to prevent belt slippage and optimize rear pulley back-shifting during corner exits.
- Precision HTRoll Weights: Ships with a matched set of 6 high-density, wear-resistant 9.0-gram rollers (16x13mm) balanced for robust daily performance.
- Made in Italy: Authentic Malossi engineering, proven on the racetrack since 1930.
