Dr. Pulley Variator Slides for the Honda Silver Wing 400 and Honda Silver Wing 600.
The Slide Pieces in the variator are equally as important as the rollers. It is highly recommended to change the slide pieces to coincide with the rollers. The Dr. Pulley Variator Slides are made of the same abrasion-resistant nylon as the Dr. Pulley Roller Weights, which promises a long life.

Upgrade your transmission's responsiveness with the Dr. Pulley Variator Slide Piece Set. Designed specifically for the Honda Silver Wing 400 and 600, these slide pieces are an essential component for maintaining a smooth, quiet, and efficient variator assembly.
The slide pieces (also known as guide keys) play a critical role in the shifting process. Dr. Pulley slides are manufactured from a proprietary, self-lubricating nylon material that offers superior abrasion resistance and heat stability compared to standard OEM plastic. This results in a longer service life and more consistent shifting performance throughout the life of your transmission.
Maintenance Note: To ensure optimal performance and prevent premature wear on your variator ramp plate, it is highly recommended to replace your slide pieces whenever you inspect or replace your variator rollers or sliding weights.
